Shipping Information:

When we receive your payment, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Normally, it takes 5-25 working days to make your cosplay costume after we receive your payment (Please refer to the actual time stated on the product page, or contact our customer service for confirmation). Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 3 business days.

Note: For orders with multiple items, the production and processing time will be based on the item with the longest timeline. If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

The delivery time includes both processing time and shipping time.
Please note that if you choose fast shipping, it only reduces the shipping time to around 3-7 days, but the processing time depends on the product you purchased.

We ship via EMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express, Airmail, etc.
The tracking number will be updated when the parcel is picked up, and you will receive a notification via email. You can also track your order status on the page of your store account.

With the exception of a few special products, we offer worldwide shipping on all items in our store.
For certain regions, we offer tax-included shipping, but this does not apply to all areas. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs regulations, and if you have any concerns, confirm with us whether tax-included shipping is available before making your purchase.

US Shipping
Your item will ship from our US Warehouse. Delivery time is 5-7 days. Please confirm that your shipping address matches your PayPal address.

Fast Shipping
It will take 3-7 business days for shipping. If you choose fast shipping, please specify the date you need the item by.

Standard Shipping
It will take 7-15 business days for shipping. Please confirm that your shipping address matches your PayPal address.

Airmail Shipping / Hong Kong Post
It will take 12-25 business days for shipping. Please confirm that your shipping address matches your PayPal address.

Returns Policy:
(For order cancellations, returns, refunds, or any other inquiries, please contact customer service.)

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
We only accept refunds for accessories, wigs, and standard-size costumes.
We do not accept refunds for custom sizes or customized costumes. Our dressmaker will begin working on your custom dress within 2 days of receiving your payment, and once the process has started, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please make your decision carefully.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for cross-dressing costumes, as these are custom-made.
We will offer a 100% refund only for parts of products that are defective or if there is an error in the shipment.
If you wish to return or exchange items due to your own mistake or a subjective reason, the round-trip postage will be borne by the buyer.
We do not accept returns or refunds for costumes that have been washed or altered from their original size.
All clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note that some clearance items may have minor imperfections (which do not affect functionality). Please consider this carefully before making a purchase.
Due to potential contingencies during transportation, timely delivery by the requested date cannot be guaranteed with absolute certainty. Once the package has been dispatched, any return or refund request arising from delivery delays shall be subject to the purchaser’s sole responsibility. The purchaser shall bear all associated costs, including but not limited to return shipping charges and any additional expenses such as customs clearance fees.
