Delivery Time: - "Ready to ship" suits typically take 3-10 days to process before shipping. - Standard size suits require 15-25 days for manufacturing. - Custom fit suits require 25-35 days for manufacturing. - Additionally, please allow 3-7 business days for shipping (standard or fast shipping).
Please ensure that you place your order accordingly based on your events. If there are any discrepancies in delivery times, refer to the product description for accurate information.
2. Sizing: Before selecting your size, carefully review the size charts provided on each product page. Please note that our sizes are not based on the US standard, so check the measurements using INCH or CM. Take a few minutes to measure yourself while wearing tight-fitting clothes. Avoid choosing the size based on your usual size. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us via email, and we'll respond promptly.
For returning customers, please ensure that you check the correct size chart on the product page as we have made updates. (Note: The HOW TO MEASURE chart was updated on Aug 19th, 2022, and the shoe size chart was updated on Nov 26th, 2021.)
- Customized items cannot be refunded or returned once production starts. Please make your decision carefully, as custom items require higher manual skills and may have longer processing times. There is also a risk of size issues. In case of any delay, size discrepancy, or defect with your customized order, please contact us, and we will strive to provide a suitable solution.
- If your measurements fall outside our size chart range, you may be subject to an additional custom fee. The exact cost will depend on the complexity of the costume.
- Please note that waist size options are available for pants, skirts, dresses, and jumpsuits, but not for coats, shirts, or vests. Coats, shirts, and vests are typically tailored based on the chest size for a comfortable fit.
- Custom sizes are primarily based on the wearer's height, chest, waist, and hip measurements. Other provided measurements serve as references. Please be aware that our online customization may only ensure a comfortable fit, rather than a perfect fitting. If this is not acceptable, we strongly recommend choosing a standard size and modifying it with a local seamstress.
3. Unforeseen Situations: We strive to provide excellent service, but there may be unforeseen circumstances during international shipping. These include delays caused by adverse weather conditions, unsuccessful customs clearance, or local policy issues. Additionally, since our products are handmade, minor imperfections such as threads or lint may be present. Please note that we cannot accept refund requests for issues beyond our control.
4. Returns: At CosFun, we aim to ensure a delightful shopping experience for our customers. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. However, please note that customized items, which are tailored to your specifications or modified at your request, cannot be returned.
If you wish to return an item, please visit the Contact Us section or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The returned package must be sent prepaid to the address provided by us. Within 5 business days of receiving the address, you must send us the tracking number. Failure to do so will result in the return request being considered withdrawn and it cannot be resubmitted.
Once we receive your package and process your return, you will receive an email notification. If you are returning an order from a different country, any customs charges incurred will be your responsibility. - Please do not refuse the package without informing us beforehand. In such cases, return shipping costs and additional charges will be deducted from your refund.
- If you encounter any sizing or other issues with your costumes, please contact us before washing or modifying them. We do not accept returns or refunds for costumes that have been washed or altered from their original size.
- Please notify us within 1 month after the package is delivered if you encounter any issues with the item. After this period, after-sales service can not be available.
5. Customs Duties: Customs duties are taxes imposed on the import or export of goods during international shipping. The charges for customs duties are variable and dependent on the policies of each country and region. Please be aware that customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If a package is returned due to incomplete payment of customs duties, the buyer will be liable for all consequences.
6. Shipping Cost: The shipping cost is the fee charged by the carrier for delivering the package to your specified address. On our website, the shipping rates provided are determined by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or China Post. The shipping charge is automatically calculated at checkout based on the actual weight of the item and your shipping address.
Please note that there may be an additional shipping cost if the dimensional weight of your package exceeds the actual weight or if your postcode is in a remote location according to the carrier's classification. Similarly, if we find that the shipping cost you paid for your order exceeds the actual shipping cost, we will issue a refund for the difference.
