    Delivery Time

    Total delivery time = production & processing time + shipping time

    Choosing fast shipping shortens transit time only and does not affect production time.

    For in-stock / Ready-to-Ship items, shipping time is usually close to the total delivery time.

    Shipping Methods & Transit Time (Shipping Only)

    Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination. The following estimates are for reference only:

    • Fast Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
    • Airmail: 15–35 business days
    • US Shipping: 5–15 business days (ships from our US warehouse)

    We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, SF Express, Airmail, or other carriers depending on the destination.

    Tracking information will be sent to your order email once the parcel is collected and can also be viewed in your store account (if you are not checking out as a guest). We recommend logging into your account at checkout for easier order tracking.

    Production & Processing Time

    Most of our products are made to order. Production usually begins within 24 hours after order confirmation.

    • Most items require 2–3 weeks of processing.
    • Some items may require 4 weeks or longer, depending on style and size.
    • Custom sizes usually require an additional 2–4 weeks for production. Once production has started, refunds are not available.

    Please always refer to the product page for the most accurate processing time, or contact customer service for confirmation.

    Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

    • Peak seasons (especially September–October / Halloween) may extend processing time.
    • Orders with multiple items follow the longest production time.

    Time-Sensitive Orders

    • If you have a specific delivery deadline, please contact us after placing your order.
    • Airmail is not recommended for urgent orders. Fast shipping is safer.

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Carrier delays and customs inspections are beyond our control.

    With Worry-Free Delivery, your order is protected against loss, damage, and delay.

    Reporting & Eligibility Requirements

    • Lost in Transit (Not Delivered): Claims may be submitted no earlier than 30 days after shipment for domestic orders, and 60 days for international orders.
    • Other Issues (damage, theft, incorrect item, etc.): Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

    Claims submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for compensation.
    Please submit any claims through the Worry-Free Delivery option on your order page.

    Returns Policy

    For cancellations, returns, refunds, or related inquiries, please contact customer service.

    • If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
      Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
    • We only accept refunds for accessories, wigs, and standard-size costumes.
    • We do not accept refunds for custom sizes or customized costumes. Our dressmaker will begin working on your custom dress within 2 days of receiving your payment, and once the process has started, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please make your decision carefully.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for cross-dressing costumes, as these are custom-made.
    • We will offer a 100% refund only for parts of products that are defective or if there is an error in the shipment.
      (Due to the unique nature of cosplay products, minor issues such as parts detaching during shipping are not considered product defects, as they can be easily repaired or reattached.)
    • If you wish to return or exchange items due to your own mistake or a subjective reason, the round-trip postage will be borne by the buyer.
    • We do not accept returns or refunds for costumes that have been washed or altered from their original size.
    • All clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
