    📏 Size FAQ

    Q: Is it US or EUR size?
    A: Neither. Our costumes use a special size system. Your usual clothing size may not apply, so please measure yourself carefully.
    Q: Does the size chart show clothing measurements?
    A: Not always. The size chart usually reflects body measurements, not the garment itself. Please check the size title to confirm.
    Q: How much room is added for comfort?
    A: The final fit depends on the costume version and your personal comfort preference.
    Q: How should I measure myself?
    A:
    • Wear thin, tight clothing when measuring.
    • Ask someone to help you if possible for more accurate results.
    • Measurements can be taken in centimetres or inches.
    Please refer to the measurement diagram below for guidance.
    Q: Can you make costumes for kids?
    A:
    • Check our Kids Cosplay Collection.
    • For other costumes, please check if sizes 6XS or 3XS for kids are available.
    • If they are not, please contact our customer service at una@cosfun.com to confirm whether a custom size is available (a custom fee may be required).
    Q: Can I customize the size?
    A: Currently, custom sizing orders can only be placed by contacting our customer service via email at una@cosfun.com.
    Q: How Should I Choose the Shoe Size?
    A: Please refer to our shoe size chart. Our shoes are made according to Chinese sizing (CN Size).




    Choosing a size based on the foot length recommended in the size chart is usually the most accurate method. However, due to possible measurement errors, selecting a size based only on foot length may sometimes lead to choosing the wrong size. We recommend converting from the size you usually wear and then measuring your foot length as a secondary reference.

    🚚 Shipping FAQ

    Q: How long does shipping take?
    A:  The shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. The estimated delivery time for each shipping option can be viewed before payment at checkout.

    Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

    In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. For non-in-stock products, please refer to the product page for the production/processing time.

    Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
    A: Yes. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your order email. 
    (Please make sure the email address used for your order is available.)
    Q: Do I need to pay customs duties?
    A: Customs duties depend on the policy of each country. We can't confirm it. If you have questions please contact us at una@cosfun.com.
    Q: Is there any note for cosplay props?
    A:
    • Please check the package for any damage before signing. If you find any damage, refuse the delivery and file a claim with the courier company.
    Q: Can I choose the shipping carrier?
    A: We will choose the most suitable courier based on the shipping option selected.

    Q: I need the costume urgently. What should I do?
    A: Leave a message with your deadline when ordering or contact us by email.
    (Make sure your email is available, as we will contact you there if necessary.)
    Q: Why is the declared value lower than what I paid?
    A: We may declare a lower value to help you avoid or reduce customs fees. If you have any special requests, please contact us via email.

    📦 Ready-to-Ship FAQ

    Q: How fast is Ready-to-Ship delivery?
    A: It depends on the shipping method you choose.
    With fast shipping, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days.
    Q: Are all sizes available?
    A: No. Ready-to-Ship items may only have limited sizes available.
    Only items marked "Ready to Ship" in the stock status will be dispatched within 24 business hours.
    Please note that stock updates may occasionally be delayed. If you purchase an in-stock item that turns out to be out of stock, we will notify you by email and then start producing your order. If you only accept in-stock items, please let us know in advance. Thank you for your understanding!

    🔧 After-Sales FAQ

    Q: How should I wash cosplay costumes?
    Q: What if the size does not fit?
    A: Please contact us within 72 hours after receiving your order and provide:
    • Your height, chest, waist, and hip measurements
    • Photos of the costume and measurements
    This helps us check the issue and provide a solution.
    Q: What if the costume is damaged or incomplete?
    A: Contact: una@cosfun.com within 48 hours.
    • If you’ve signed for the package and the outer packaging is damaged, please take clear photos and videos before opening it.
    • If the package appears intact but any items inside are damaged or missing, please take photos of the affected items.
    • Please do not use the items until the issue has been resolved.
    Q: Who is responsible for the return or exchange shipping fee?
    A:
    • If the return is due to a product defect or our mistake, we will handle the solution.
    • If the return is due to personal reasons (such as wrong size selection or change of mind), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

    Q: Can I buy individual parts of a costume?

    A: These represent different quality levels of our cosplay costumes.
    • B-QUALITY
      Budget-friendly costumes designed for events like Halloween.
      Made with simpler materials but still recognizable.
      Processing time: 5–15 days.
    • A-QUALITY
      Designed to meet basic cosplay needs with good balance of quality and price.
      Size range is inclusive for most customers.
      Processing time: 10–20 days.
    • AA-QUALITY
      Better materials and improved details.
      Closer to the original character design.
      Processing time: 10–65 days.
    • AAA-QUALITY
      Premium level costumes with the finest materials and highest level of detail.
      To maintain quality standards, size availability may be limited.
