2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Please note that for certain regions, additional information may be required due to logistics or local carrier restrictions.
Processing Time: Once your payment is received, we begin processing your order within 24 hours. Because many of our items are custom-made or require careful quality inspections, please refer to the specific processing time listed on each individual product page. During peak seasons (such as Halloween), processing times may slightly increase.
Shipping Methods Estimated Delivery: We offer three shipping tiers:
• Fast Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
• Airmail Shipping: 15–35 business days
Note: These shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that our shipping rates do not include customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your destination country.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress on the courier’s official website.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Please note our policies regarding modifications:
• If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
• Once production has started, custom orders can't be canceled.
