    📦 Delivery Time

    Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

    • Choosing fast shipping shortens transit time only and does not affect processing time.
    • For Ready-to-Ship items, shipping time is usually close to the total delivery time.

    🚚 Shipping Methods & Transit Time

    Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination.

    The following estimates are for reference only:
    (Please note that these refer to shipping times only. Most of our products are made to order, so please pay attention to the processing time as well.)

    • Fast Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
    • Airmail: 15–35 business days
    • US Shipping: 5–15 business days (ships from our US warehouse)

    We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, SF Express, Yun Express, Airmail, or other carriers depending on the destination.

    • Tracking information will be sent to your order email once your parcel is collected.
    • You can also track your order through your store account if you are not checking out as a guest. Therefore, we recommend logging into your account during checkout for easier tracking.

    🧵 Production & Processing Time

    Most of our products are made to order. Production usually begins within 24 hours after order confirmation.

    • Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
    • Most items require 2–3 weeks processing. Some items may require 4 weeks or longer, depending on style and size.
    • Custom sizes usually require an additional 2–4 weeks for production. Once production has started, refunds are not available.
    • Please always refer to the product page for the most accurate processing time, or contact customer service for confirmation.
    • Orders with multiple items follow the longest production time.
    • Peak seasons (especially September–October / Halloween) may extend processing time.

     

    ⏰ Time-Sensitive Orders

    • If you have a specific delivery deadline, please contact us after placing your order.
    • Airmail is not recommended for urgent orders. 
      Fast shipping is the safest option for time-sensitive purchases.

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Carrier delays and customs inspections are beyond our control.

    🛡 Worry-Free Delivery Protection

    With Worry-Free Delivery, your order is protected against loss, damage, and delay.

    • Please review the claim terms before placing your order.
    • Claims must be submitted through the Worry-Free Delivery option on your order page.
    • Claims submitted outside the required timeframe may not be eligible for compensation.

    🔁 Returns Policy

    • If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
      Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the order.
    • Refunds are accepted for accessories, wigs, and standard-size costumes.
    • Custom sizes and customized costumes are non-refundable. 
      Our dressmaker will begin working on your custom dress within 2 days of receiving your payment, and once the process has started, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please make your decision carefully.
    • Cross-dressing costumes are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • We offer replacement parts or a replacement item if the product has a manufacturing defect that affects its intended use or appearance, or if we shipped the wrong item.
      (Due to the handmade nature of cosplay products, minor imperfections such as loose threads, glue marks, color variations, or slight assembly differences are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.)

    • If the return is due to the buyer's personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipping and return shipping.
    • Items that have been washed or altered cannot be returned.
    • All clearance products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
      Please note that some clearance items may have minor imperfections (which do not affect functionality). Please consider this carefully before making a purchase.
    Due to the handmade nature of cosplay products and possible transportation delays, delivery dates cannot be fully guaranteed. Returns or full refunds will not be accepted due to shipping delays.
