1) Our costumes are made in a variety of different materials with specialized stitching and parts, so your usual size will not apply here.
2) For different product types, we will use specific methods to measure it, and apply to corresponding size charts, Pls check our size chart below before ordering.
3) Kindly Reminder: All dimensions are measured manually with deviation at 1-3cm.
When we receive your payment, your orders will be dealt within 48 hours.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
For in stock items, the processing time is around 1-2 weeks.
For made to order items, the processing time normally is 2-8 weeks.
For pre-order items, the processing time will be longer than the normal orders. Please refer to the corresponding pre-sale product page for details.
For shipping time, it depends on the shipping method you chose( 4-21 working days).
SHIPPING METHODS:
1)Airmail Shipping time is 10-21 days. Please kindly note the package will be destroyed directly if the delivery failed in this shipping method. And the shipping time is longer than other shipping methods, we do not guarantee that it will arrive at the required time, please confirm the time.
2) Stand Shipping Shipping time is 6-10 days. Do not provide PO BOX address please.
3) FastShipping Shipping time is 4-6 days, It will take 8-20 days to delivery. Do not provide PO BOX address please.
4) US Shipping
Your item will ship from our US Warehouse, the delivery day is 3-5 days. Please confirm that the shipping address is the same as the PayPal address.
There is no return service in this channel. Once the parcel is returned due to incorrect address or inability to contact the recipient, the parcel will be destroyed by the logistics company by default. Therefore, please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct. And take the initiative to follow up your parcel after we send the goods and provide you with the waybill number. We are not responsible for the consequences caused by the reason of the recipient, please understand.
We will ship it by EMS, DHL, FedEx, Airmail, etc. We will inform you of the waybill number by email or message after the orders are sent out. We ship all over the world for all the costumes on our website. For some accessories and special offers, customers should bear the shipping cost.
A customs duty is the indirect tax on the import or export of goods in international shipping. The customs duties charges is random, it depends on the policy of each country and region. Please kindly note the customs charges is at buyer's expenses. Thank you!
For orders that have not been delivered for more than 3 months (except pre-sale products), there may be problems that need to be confirmed by customers. After we send you two emails, if we do not receive any reply from customers within 3 days from the day of the second email, we will directly deliver the goods, and no refund or return will be accepted at that time. So please take the initiative to follow up the order status 1-2 weeks after placing the order to avoid missing important information.
